## What ShelfCycle is

- One platform: inventory + lots, sales orders + fulfillment, purchasing,
  pricing + quoting, compliance + documents (COA, SDS, BOL, hazmat), CRM +
  pipeline, full double-entry accounting, and work orders for blending and
  repackaging (batch tickets + formulations in early access).
- AI agents in production with human approval on every write: AI Order
  Entry, SC Intelligence, Hazmat Compliance Copilot (live); AI
  Reconciliation, Data Analyst, Voice Order Entry (early access).
- Onboarding: ShelfCycle owns the data migration. Books reconcile against
  the legacy system before go-live, with written customer sign-off. Built
  to have customers live in month three and graduated in month four; the
  two most recent migrations went signature to live in 12 and 15 weeks.
