ONBOARDING + MIGRATION

Your migration is our job.

Send your data in any shape. We clean it, load it, train your team. Live in month three, graduated in month four.

The ShelfCycle way

Go-live and graduation go on the calendar in week one. Then we work the plan, together.

  1. Before month 1

    Send us everything

Raw, exactly as it sits. Don't clean a thing; reading it is our job.

  2. Month 1

We clean and load your data

Our pipelines dedupe customers, reconcile product codes, and attach COAs. You approve each step. You never do the work.

Your time: 2-3 hrs a week

  3. Month 2

Your team trains on your data

Order entry with your products. Billing with your customers. A sandbox resets every Sunday night, so nothing can break.

Your time: 3-5 hrs a week

  4. Month 3

Books tie. You sign. You go live.

We reconcile against your old system to the penny. Nothing flips until you sign off in writing. ShelfCycle becomes your system of record.

    Go-live

  5. Month 4

    Graduation

Weekly check-ins through your first month-end close. Graduation means you run without us, not that we're gone. Same team, one message away.

“You wake up one day and you’ve had the flu for two weeks... You’re like, man, I feel great. Something’s going wrong because it’s too easy now. That’s kind of what it’s like switching from our old system to ShelfCycle.”

Common questions

How long does it take to switch to ShelfCycle?

The program is built to have you live in month three and graduated in month four. Our two most recent migrations went signature to live in 12 and 15 weeks.

What does the migration cost?

Nothing beyond your subscription. The cleaning, the training, and the cutover are all part of the program.

What systems can you migrate from?

QuickBooks, legacy ERPs, Salesforce, spreadsheets, scanned paper, photos, old emails, notepads. If your business runs on it, we can read it.

What can slow the timeline down?

Messy source data or a mid-year cutover can add a few weeks. We flag either one before you sign, not after.

Do we need to clean up our data first?

No. Send it raw. Cleaning is our job, and you approve each step before anything is final.

How do we know the numbers are right?

We reconcile trial balance, receivables, and payables against your old system, and you sign off in writing before anything flips.

What if we ever want to leave?

Every record exports in open formats. We got your data out of old systems; we would never lock it into ours.
